The trifecta – There are three components to completing the “new you” and they are fitness, mindset and nutrition. A lot of other programs will just give you a pre-set “follow along” approach where you don’t truly learn to make the nutrition habits your own. Since 80% of your results come from nutrition, we’ll focus mainly on this and build the trifecta out using the other two.
